Sustainable for the future: KUMOTION trolleybus charging point
The new charging point enables trolleybusses to reach new network line ranges not equipped with contact wires. Fast charging for trolleybuses of up to 300A while halting at a terminal with charging point, enables longer distance ranges with increased vehicle passengers capacity. KUMOTION is open for trolleybusses equipped with commercially available current collectors. Simply start the charging process with the direct contact of the vehicle current collectors with the charging point and your trolleybus network will be taken to a new level of transportation efficiency.
Winter-ready: KUPRO De-icing system
The KUPRO de-icing system proactively protects overhead wires from icing – without any service interruptions. Thanks to a precise sensor, the biodegradable spray agent is applied efficiently and gently, without physical contact with the catenary. The minimal consumption and the effect lasting up to two weeks ensure reliable operation, even during short breaks and at speeds of up to 65 km/h. Downtime is reduced, and high costs can be avoided.
New Product: KUROOF Modular Troughing
Thanks to its modular structure, KUROOF can be extended as required: any desired length can be configured, and the individual modules are interchangeable. The trolleybus current collector is wired quickly and automatically into the catenary without disrupting the traffic flow, so departure timings can be optimised.
